Of spout to get me to where I want to go!! The coaches are great, especially Aviry and the staff is very well versed on the mission of the gym. The tempo is right up

I’ve participated in a lot of gyms, but Alpha truly provides you with a one of a kind experience. From support, to encouragement, to following up, and implementing a positive environment. Aplha has the best energy and it shows in its people and staff. 10/10!

I’ve been a member for a bit over a year and I can’t be more grateful to the amazing coaches and staff at Alpha fit Glen Rock.  My fitness level has skyrocketed since starting last October.  Not only is it a great workout every time but an amazing supportive community.  I never dread going to class and look forward to each one.  I’ve learned that showing up for myself is a huge win in so many aspects of my life.  This place makes it easy.  Thanks Alpha Fit Glen Rock 💪🏼🫶🏼🔥

Phenomenal workout for a 1 hour class! I started going twice a week and have become addicted to living a better life for myself and my kids! I’ve reached 250 classes thus far and wouldn’t be possible without the community and coaches  at ALPHA!
