## What is Alpha Meeting?

Alpha Meeting is a highly efficient online board meeting software that runs on mobile, and tablet devices. It lets you conduct electronic board meetings and gives your administrators a simple and powerful web-based administration tool to prepare and manage meetings. Alpha Meeting allows your Board of Directors, executives, and committee members to just attend a meeting with their iPads without the need to carry any paper-based documents. Using the Alpha Meeting app on their devices they can get access to their current meeting agendas, documents, resolutions, past meeting documents, and much more.

Your board members are always connected using our board portal. Regardless of your board Member location, Alpha Meeting++ Board Portal promotes effective collaboration between board members in many different ways such as document-wise public (to all board members) comments, private comments, annotation sharing, and instant messaging.
