### 5/5 — Great for young toddlers

*2012-11-05*

I like that the toddler or baby can just touch the screen and get a result..a letter, number or shape. Many of the games for toddlers are great but sometimes it is too easy for the child to touch the wrong thing and the whole game shuts down. Not so with this game, and they get immediate results! G, triangle, 3!!!!! Love it.

### 5/5 — Awesome awesome app!

*2012-09-20, version 2.50*

Love that my toddler can't accidentally press a button to have me buy another app. It's a great way for kids to learn and at their pace. Very user friendly for adults too to customize how you want. Thanks for the great app!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2012-08-23, version 2.40*

This is my first app for my baby. She is trying to mimic the letter sounds with clicks and shake...She is spending much time on this app than playing with her toys.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2012-08-15, version 2.40*

Love the picture option. Allows u to insert pictures of your loved ones & record their names. Great learning tool. Definitely am going to spring for the extra $.99 & have even more options.

### 4/5 — Great for toddlers!!!!

*2012-08-11, version 2.40*

My 19 month old little girl loves this app it allows her 2touch the screen without being taken away from the page as it has a child proof lock to get into menu... Whilst teaching her letters, shapes & numbers!! Great free app

### 5/5 — Favorite app

*2012-06-23, version 2.40*

Definitely our daughter's favorite app. We highly recommend to anyone. If anything we wish these developers would make more apps!

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2012-06-23, version 2.40*

What a great way to introduce your baby to electronics, shapes, colors, numbers and pictures. 😊

### 5/5 — Cool app for 5 month old

*2012-06-22, version 2.40*

My 5 month old son seems to really enjoy this app. I have him play with it on the iPad and iPhone. He squeals when the app says the name of the letter/number/shape he touches.

### 5/5 — Great for babies

*2012-06-19, version 2.40*

If your into letting you baby use your ipad then grab this as its the best for a 1-2yr old

I think mute would be better for turn multi gestures off/on. Apple would not allow that I'm sure.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App was great until I changed phones and my purchase was lost!

*2015-12-10, version 2.70*

Purchased full version but it didn't stay purchased! When I changed iOS the app was deleted from my phone and my purchase was deleted now it says I have to buy it again!

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2013-02-18, version 2.6*

I'm not sure what the learning objective is. Random is not an effective way to teach young children.

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2012-05-02, version 2.3*

Not worth the effort of downloading

### 1/5 — How ????

*2012-01-02, version 2.2*

This game is brill but how in the world do you get your own picks on the screen????? 5 star turned into 1. Also my sister Phoebe is 1 and yet got board, well I don't blame her at all and I'd rather eat glass than play THAT game!!! The only good thing is that it got Phoebe to sleep (witch is a hard thing to do! So I think you should or you shouldn't get this game!

          Thank you for listening

### 1/5 — no good

*2011-09-22, version 2.2*

I just downloaded it, and tried it. you touch the screen and you get a letter or a number your never sure what your gonna get, lacks structure

### 2/5 — Useless

*2012-11-11, version 2.6*

I really didn't like this for my son

### 2/5 — Phonetic sounds

*2011-05-31, version 2.1*

A nice app, but shows a common problem. Children learn the phonetic sounds before older sounds, e.g g is pronounced guh not gee.

### 2/5 — Ummm...

*2010-08-08, version 0*

Not that good but ok?!

### 3/5 — Great app except...

*2014-09-05, version 2.70*

Great app except that adding your own sound doesn't work was thinking of paying for the upgrade but if the demo doesn't work why should i trust them enough to pay. Would be five stars if it worked.

### 3/5 — Sound control needed

*2012-10-02, version 2.50*

Would rate 5 if sound level could be
Controlled. Please fix. Thx.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Kids loved it

*2015-04-09, version 2.70*

This app is awesome and kids loved it. Sadly they have now outgrown it.

### 5/5 — The only one my daughter likes!

*2015-01-27, version 2.70*

My 8 month old is obsessed with our phones, like most babies, but once she has it, there's nothing of interest to her. I have tried a number of recommended apps and all are too busy for her. We aren't using this for long stretches, mostly a few minutes while waiting somewhere, so that could be related. But this app is perfect!

### 5/5 — Simple awesome app!!

*2014-04-28, version 2.70*

Awese app for preschoolers. Love how you can add your own pictures and audio for those pictures. Ex: car, boat, cat, dog etc ....

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2013-08-20, version 2.6*

Very nice for 3 yr olds. The only minor problem is that if you have pictures enabled along with letters numbers and / or shapes, the pictures markedly dominate. About 2 in 3 will be pictures, even if you only have a few pictures stored.

### 5/5 — Great for Toddlers

*2013-06-07, version 2.6*

My toddler loves to steal my iPhone. I used to be upset about it until I found this game! Now the time spent playing on my iPhone is no longer rearranging icons but educational instead! She laughs the whole time, and holds down shapes that she likes. When they change sizes, she gets really excited. Cause and effect are taught not to mention the basics of numbers, letters, and shapes. We absolutely love this app!

### 5/5 — One of the best baby apps I've found!

*2013-03-23, version 2.6*

My 14 month old LOVES this app. It even has a feature where you can record every item in your own voice so when your baby touches the screen, it's you telling them what it is. It's one of the very few my son still wants to play after a few times. I definitely recommend it.

### 5/5 — A++++ app

*2013-03-01, version 2.6*

To the person below.... Flash cards are random.. And u shouldn't teach by repetition all the time, I don't think.. Anyone can learn a song. If ya get what i mean. It's a great app! My 2 yr old can recognize abc's, knows #1-10. &He loves this app bec it's not in repetition like every other :) my 6 mo old loves it bec it's fun to her on the iPad! Plus it's free!

### 5/5 — Special Ed instructor

*2013-02-11, version 2.6*

Thumbs up....

### 5/5 — Best ever

*2013-01-06, version 2.6*

Love this ap, perfect for little ones learning shapes and letter. Plus I love that they can't click on an ad. Thanks

### 5/5 — Awesome! Pure and Simple.

*2012-12-17, version 2.6*

I am so excited to have found this app, because I have been searching for almost a month now. Finding the right app has been trying, as many are cluttered looking, distracting, entertainment based, have a lack of options or desired study material (shapes, colors, alphabet, numerical, custom images, quiz), are high priced, or huge download size, etc.
This app is perfect! Seriously, it is wonderful. I cannot find one thing to gripe about... It is very kid friendly! There are plenty of settings to adjust to your liking, and you can even save them as a set, so that you can easily switch between them without readjusting the settings! It is SO customizable! I created a set of personalized settings for each of the learning activities, which allows me to easily switch between letters, shapes, numbers, quiz, etc., and have the app perform exactly the way I want it to for each category.
This app is perfect for a toddler that is beginning to learn these fundamentals, because this app is teaching based. For a child that already knows these things, then a glossy entertainment based app is likely a better choice for them... So look elsewhere.

Tip: Press and hold your finger in the upper left corner of the app to open the settings menu. After approximately four seconds, the device will vibrate and the menu will open.
Please play with the settings before you post a review concerning customizability/options. I almost posted a review with less stars and frustrated wording, simply because I didn't play around with it enough. Give it a try, it is worth it!

My 2yo son will be so excited to be able to play with this app after he has his breakfast! Thank you, to the developer, from a very grateful father!

UPDATE:
I do have one gripe, actually. Please add more numbers. My son can already count to 10... Actually, he can count to 20. Please increase the limit to at least 50. Thanks again!
