This app is great for my daughter! I have 4 of there apps and she loves them all, all great learning apps. I had an issue with downloading my purchased apps onto a new iPad and I contacted the company. Bohumil contacted me right back and helped me fix and resolve the issue  immediately. I like the app, but am not happy with the usage of  the word "ugly" for the "U."  Also, "U is for ugly" is referring to a dog? There are other words that could have been used.  Bad example!

This game provides good gameplay and visuals for learning the alphabet. However some flaws include the addition of notifications which is inappropriate for young children; other similar apps avoid this. The animation performance speed is slow even on an iPad 3 with the latest system software. Overall this offers decent education and entertainment but needs updating to address issues.

Be patient. At first, my daughter just randomly poked at different answers, but after two weeks she is choosing right answers on purpose. She loves it and calls it her game! I would recommend headphones. As a adult the sounds can be annoying--but they're perfect for kids.
