1. There is no way to just show the letters. The thing that is supposed to be being learned.

2. Not only is it impossible to show only the letter, the card is 80% a picture of something that starts with the letter. 

3. Both upper case and lower case are shown on the same card.

So - single sided cards with three things, none of which can be shown alone or  configured as actual flash cards = worthless.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry the app wasn’t what you expected.

The design - a larger picture, both letter cases together, child-friendly illustrations, and sounds in five languages - is shown clearly in the previews. Many flashcard apps use this style because it helps early learners connect the letter, the sound, and the object.

I understand you were looking for a letter-only approach instead. 
Even so, a 1-star rating feels a bit harsh given the intended design and how transparently it’s shown.

I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Your perspective is helpful as I continue refining the experience for different learning styles.

Please make sure the iPhone side switch is not set to silent or the sound won't play.
