Absolutely nothing works properly. It does not recognise contract numbers, rejects correct passwords, and turns even the simplest task into an exhausting waste of time. What is the point of offering customers an application that cannot perform the most basic functions reliably? Users expect efficiency and accessibility, not endless failed attempts, login errors, and frustration. What makes this even more disappointing is the repetitive and generic responses from the developer. Every complaint seems to receive the same recycled reply acknowledging customers’ frustration, while nothing is actually fixed. After a while, it becomes obvious that the responses are simply damage control rather than genuine support or meaningful improvement. The overall impression is equally concerning. The website itself feels overly simplistic and poorly thought out, giving the impression of extremely low-cost development with minimal attention paid to customer experience or quality control. Unfortunately, this reflects not only on the developer, but on the wider Alphabet business behind it. Applications like this say a great deal about how a company values its customers. The most common user comments speak for themselves: “waste of time”, “rubbish”, “very basic”, “does not work”, “don’t bother”, “can’t even log in”, “useless”, “too many issues”, “pointless”, “erratic”, and “can’t get it to work”. When the same complaints appear repeatedly from so many users, it clearly shows a long-term failure to address fundamental problems. This is a classic example of how not to design software. It does not meet even the most basic user requirements. One has to wonder how many people have collectively wasted hours of their lives struggling with this app, repeating the same failed steps over and over again. The amount of frustration and lost time caused across the user base must be enormous. Do better ### 1/5 — Permanent ausgeloggt *2025-06-15* Es ist langsam sehr nervig. Ständig wird man aus App ausgeloggt und muss sich wieder anmelden. Auch wenn, dan auf iPhone gespeicherten Login-Daten, die Anmeldung an sich nicht soweit problematisch, ist, sind aber die verknüpften Ladekarten nach wieder Anmeldung weg. Don’t waste your time as it just keeps booting you out. Keep getting an error message saying ‘something went wrong, your request could not be sent at the moment’. Jedes Mal dieselbe Hinweise, dass ich die aktuellste Version laden soll. Was ich getan habe!
