I canceled deleted and the app is still trying to charge me I have no idea how to stop it. One of my all time favorites in fact. Since the platform change I am expected to pay for these again even though I have paid and reread several times. That’s a lie and false advertising. I have waited several days thinking I could get extra coins to finish this novel even though I bought a subscription. I don’t even get enough for the next chapter. I cancelled the subscription. The amount kept going out every day for a week, until I changed my card number with my bank. Suddenly my bank account is telling me the sub has restarted ( two amounts, not one) each day. I have never been able to find the original book to continue reading it. In fact, I can’t read any of them - I keep being asked for coins with no instructions on how to purchase them. I am an age pensioner. I can’t afford to keep paying two amounts every day as well as two International transaction fees. I can’t find any way of contacting Alphanovel or Brailon except through this review section. Please cancel these new subscriptions, which I have certainly not signed up for at all!! Joan Seymour 🇦🇺 ### 5/5 — One of the only reasonable reading apps *2026-08-19, version 2.37.0* I have tried several, and even the free version of this is better than most. They offer reasonably priced subscriptions as well, and it’s not a hassle to figure out points or coins or tickets. You pay and you get points. I’m not even sure they expire. If they do, they last at least 2-3 months, as I still have mine after cancelling my subscription (I wasn’t reading enough to keep paying). Overall, it’s easy to navigate and easy to purchase and utilize points. There are so many apps out there that give you coins and points and those are different and there are tickets and you somehow have to convert things to use them and points also expire. It’s very annoying. This app isn’t like that.
