What’s the point of having a map to track the bus if you can’t see it until the exact designated time.? The buses location lags and jumps all over the map once it’s visible. Not useful at all! The app does not give you an option to go back or x out of the screen. The only option it to kill the app and reload. Simply unacceptable for an app we need to check daily for our school bus status. ### 1/5 — VERY rushed and filled with bugs *2026-08-17* the app is FILLED with bugs. first off, it'll ask you to sign in almost every time you open the app even if you signed in recently. once you have signed in the app is just glitchy and there also seems to be something wrong with the notification tabs. it'll show me notifications of OTHER students who requested transportation. school literally starts in like 8 days and this app is genuinely unusable 😭😭 **Developer response:** We’re very sorry for the frustration and concern this has caused. We appreciate your patience and apologize again for the disruption. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-08-14* Have only had trouble with this app since installing it. I have to login every time I open it. Now when I try to open it, it says that I have to update the app before I can use it, but it doesn’t allow me to do so. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it still didn’t work. I tried contacting customer service but the chat bot said I needed to contact the school transportation department which makes no sense since this is clearly an app issue. **Developer response:** We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. I have had to sign in every time I’ve try buttered the app. This would be extremely annoying if it persists. Hopeful it will get fixed before I have to use it every day. Edit 3 days in: The sign-in issue seems to be resolved, but actual tracking is beyond useless — bus jumping all over the place and never any notifications. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the inconvenience and understand how frustrating it can be to have to sign in each time you open the app. We’re working to address this issue in an upcoming update and appreciate your patience as we continue improving the app experience. ### 1/5 — Student profile gone *2026-08-27* Icing on the cake, after a number of issues… - phone app version does not generate activation links (I have number of screen shots and days of trying with the 2 min timer kicking off and searched my trash and spam folders and ended up with nothing -> only worked to kick off the activation link if I used my personal laptop…nothing explained this, no FAQ made me miss the sign up date for the first day of school. - School was not even listed correctly when trying to set up my student and again lost another 3-4 days trying to find someone to clear this up as there were potentially two schools listed that each possessed half of my child’s school name -> finally got that resolved by contacting someone at the school because the county’s transportation services would never pick up the phone - LAST but the worst….and currently dealing with…finally get my child set up and she rode home on the bus in the afternoon…3 hrs later her entire profile and bus route assignment is GONE!!!! I have no idea what bus number she may have in the morning and when I tried to re-enter her information it says she exists but no transportation is assigned!!! ### 1/5 — Map doesn’t work, clumsy interface *2026-08-26* We recently moved to this app as the school switched from the previous app and it has been a bad experience so far. The map doesn’t update with real time position or even approx area, the bus icon flies from one end to the other end so you don’t know where the bus really is. I wish and hope either someone fixes this archaic app or switch to something that works. Tried it across 3 phones to eliminate phone issue and it’s still consistently bad…So far terrible, 1 star! ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-08-26* When the bus is substituted the app does not show the new bus. Instead it still shows the old bus on the map so there is no way to follow the substituted bus ### 1/5 — Not helpful *2026-08-26* Not useful for parents or students. I’m not sure how this was sold to our large school district when it’s clearly not ready for this level of use. The bus icon does not refresh to show current location without closing and opening the map repeatedly. Also no indication of whether you are seeing the sub bus or original bus on the map. Constantly kicks the user back to login page while using the app. Alerts direct you back to the student list page without any indication of what the new notification was. Settings are very clunky to use compared to bus apps we’ve had in the past. ### 1/5 — Perhaps the worst app I've ever seen *2026-08-26* I have built iOS apps for the past 18 years. With the tools available now there is no excuse for an app to be this bad. You got paid to build this? Shameful. Fire the team that built this and get some devs that know what they are doing, and maybe a designer while you’re at it. What good is being able to track a bus if I can’t see tracking until the minute it is supposed to arrive? Even worse, school started 3 hours ago and the bus is still showing 10 miles away not moving for 3 hours. So why is the map only available once the bus has already arrived at the stop? At that point, the tracking feature is no longer useful. This design makes very little sense from a parent’s perspective. Parents need real-time information so they know when to have their children ready and whether there are delays. It feels like the people who developed this app didn’t consider how parents actually need to use it. ### 2/5 — Update *2026-08-14* When you go to the app it’s states that an update is required. When you select update, it takes to the App Store to open, when select open it takes you back to the app stating that an update is required. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app same issue. We appreciate your patience and apologize again for the disruption. ### 2/5 — Update/issues *2026-08-14* When I recently updated it it showed the pop up that the app needed an update and everytime I clicked it, it returns me to the App Store and I can’t use the actual app and also when making an account it tells me to verify and then it says that the link is invalid or when I reset the password it says it’ll send me the email but it never does.
