I was forced to use this app when the remote battery died. The app’s buttons up, down, left, right works sometimes. When you tap these buttons, it would only work for 1 second then e-wheels would stop. Not worth the frustration. Pushed the ecart the rest of the way.

App doesn’t that well. Upgrading firmware seems to take forever. I gave up. I just got my Alphard V2 so hopefully, I don’t need the update. Only thing that seems to work is the remote. I renamed my ewheel but it never saves and I don’t see anything else to customize.

same as the previous review, I had an issue and needed to use the phone app as I left my remote. Exact same thing it would stop erratically and when I went to turn it, it would stop when I went to try and make it fast it would stop quite annoying. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon so I can use the app

I recently downloaded this app prior to a round where I had left my remote for my V2. The app is pretty basic and easy to navigate with very little features. The issue I had during my round is that it constantly disconnects. Hard to get the cart moving in different speeds as it constantly stops the cart if you try to change the speed. If the cart is moving forward and you try to make a turn left or right, it will stop the cart from moving after it makes the turn. 

My suggestion would be to update the remote page to toggle cart speed and fix the connection issue to the phone.

Phone app requires a code. Why? It disconnects repeatedly often requiring a rescan while the cart is moving. You can wreck or run into water that way. Turning left or right causes forward motion to stop. It is usable but just barely.

As some others have said, trying to update the firmware is an exercise in futility. App said firmware is being sent, but update percentage never left 0%. I gave up after 45 minutes. This app really needs major work.

So forgot my remote and used this as a backup.  The phone screen is way more sensitive so you need to be much more careful or you may send the cart places you don’t intend.  Couple of times I had to re sync but not sure if that was a phone issue v app issue. Still worked well enough to allow me to use it.   That said remote is the preferred control method.
