Review is missing. So many ways. Do not. We used to use patient access for prescriptions etc. it’s absolutely useless at keeping you up to date with status of prescriptions after the initial order, we never know when they are ready just approximate dates. When you go to collect days after these estimates the prescriptions are never ready and you end up waiting for them to be prepared. After collecting a message appears a few days later that they’re are running late despite us already having them. Patient access is much easier and we will switch back.
