The constant notifications about low power mode and ratings on your trips are both hella stupid and irritating to receive on your phone every single day. The only pro I can think of about this app is it helps you keep track of when your payments are due and makes it simple for customers to make a payment on their policy, as well as easy access to your insurance ID card.

I am not able to log in because it claims it’s not the updated version for my phone but when I hit update it immediately says to open but once open it’s the same issue.  The app is not working properly and why do I have to have a nickname to just report a problem!

I truly love the app, it’s very easy to use and simple it just reads speeds wrongs I go the speed limit and it says 10 or 20 over when I’ve never even hit 5 over. Great app tho

App is always loading constantly whenever I am attempting to make payment before auto draft or view my policy information. It loads and never pull up what I need. Fix this issue immediately y’all can quickly take our money and up charge but won’t fix the issues several ppl are complaining about. Do better and stop being janky as a company.

Quotes were sent almost immediately however after accepting quoted price and making payment I was informed that price went up several hundred dollars and money was already taken.  I will see how this goes!
