IDENTIFYING AND FINDING FLOWERS IS EASY!

The flowers can be searched by: flower colour, flower composition, leaf shape and/or flowering period - or by text searching. Our catalogue can be sorted alphabetically by either name, family or genus. 

EDUCATIONAL GAME – to learn easily the english and scientific names of the alpine flowers!

FIELD DATA - AlpineFlower Finder allows the user to create their very own list of favorites, adding notes and pictures. The list can also be complemented by adding photos of flowers taken directly during the mountain walks.

Interface très simple, intuitive, application qui fonctionne sans réseau (à la différence de PlantNet), diagnose rapide des fleurs grâce aux critères proposés, possibilité de rajouter ses propres commentaires et d'établir une sélection des fleurs rencontrées (grâce aux favoris), spécifique de la flore des Alpes : en résumé, une application très utile pour découvrir sur quoi on a failli marcher, et qui ne pèse pas le poids d'un livre.

eine wunderbare, mit viel liebe und sicher genau so viel arbeit erstellte sammlung von alpenblumen. 

die orientierung fällt eigentlich sehr leicht, eine zusätzliche sortierungsmöglichkeit nach farben wäre noch fein (vielleicht habe ich diese funktion vielleicht auch nur noch nicht gefunden... 😉). 

dass bei dieser app nicht der profit, sondern das eigene interesse für alpenblumen und die liebe zur fotografie im vordergrund stand sieht und spürt man! 

der preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt, es ist eben nicht alles in dieser (internet)welt kostenlos zu haben! 
und: ein gleichwertiges buch würde mindestens genau so viel kosten, wäre deutlich schwerer und hätte keine update-möglichkeit 😉

Die App ist ganz nett, hat viele Bilder, wenn auch viel zu wenige. Außerdem gebe es noch einiges zu verbessern. Wenn man zum Beispiel eine neue Blume aufnimmt, kann man dort nicht eingeben welche Gattung der Familie das sein soll, sondern nur den Namen. Außerdem, wenn man diese unter den Favoriten gespeichert, kann ich es nicht nach Alphabet oder Gattung sortieren. Es erscheint in der Reihenfolge der Eingabe. Würde gerne mithelfen die App zu verbessern. Ich schau die nächsten Tage mal rein ob mein Angebot angenommen wird.

Eine wunderbare App mit tollen Fotos und für den Laien geeignete Suchkriterien. Ganz besonders gefällt mir, dass ich eigene Fotos zu den gefundenen Pflanzen hinzufügen kann. Die Auswahl ist noch überschaubar und ich hoffe auf weitere Pflanzen. Gut fände ich es, wenn ich dafür eigene Fotos hinzufügen könnte von Pflanzen, die in der App noch nicht erfasst sind, und sie an den Entwickler schicken könnte. 
Mit Hilfe dieser App konnte ich während unseres dreiwöchigen Urlaubs in den Alpen 50 Pflanzen bestimmen und habe viel dazugelernt. :-)

My initial review criticised 'lack' of English descriptions, only headers, even though English was selected in settings.  It seems the app reverted to German after a phone reboot requiring me to reselect English.
That aside, photo quality is excellent and the app is easy to navigate.

It looks good, sounds good and would be just what I need. Hoping for French and Latin names for the species, though if not I'll just have to cry.
It seems fairly big with how long it's taking to download!
