It frequently fails to load and, at times, does not load at all. Previously, the application was smooth and reliable, but recently its performance has significantly declined. This app consumes ur energy and time 👎🏼, I have over 60 bills saved in the app , STC,mobily,electric bills ,gas tazweed,GOSI, ejar,Zain and more but unfortunately every time I wana pay a bill I have to go through all the list 60+ bills because I can’t search the bill by nickname or category. I believe both issues are backend issues as same behavior is also on the browser website. After adding the international beneficiary and approving it through IVR, the app redirect to an error “beneficiary activation is cancelled, you must approve it 1st from pending action “!! This way I cannot approve any international beneficiary activation! I went to the branch and after waiting for 3 hours in queue, the asked me to fill a form to add the privilege for international transfer!! Something I already have, obviously. So the visit is just a waste of time.
