They only issue quarterly statements and on random dates so if you needed a re fault stament or had an emergency say for references, they will make you pay a fortune for it. The worst customer service have ever had to deal with it. Asked them to charge me but send me a statement asap, they refused saying wait five days. Absolute nightmare, might look good on paper but once you sign up, you are doomed. The interest rate has been one of the best over the last couple of years. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-11-04, version 9.4.3* Many things do not work, including most importantly transferring money to an external account! When setting up payment you cannot fill all the necessary fields due to glitches . Camera to scan QR code to get on to the desktop version when you have given up on trying their ridiculous app also does not work. Glitchy and poor user interface. I could go on.
