## What is ALS Copiers?

ALS is the mobile companion to the ALS inventory system used by equipment leasing and resale teams. Warehouse staff and sales people work from the same live data, whether they are on the dock, in the aisles or with a customer.

DASHBOARD
• Today's receiving, sales, quotes and stock on hand
• Month-to-date and year-to-date sales, with a 12-month trend
• Receiving by supplier over the last 30 days
• Top models and top customers of the month

WAREHOUSE
• Receiving: scan the asset tag and serial number with the camera, pick the model, PO, lease and carrier, and save in seconds
• Location: move a unit to its bin with two scans
• Stock by Location: a heat map of every aisle and bin showing which models sit where, and how many
• Ship Out: build the shipping manifest for a sales order by scanning tags
• Scan Documents: photograph paperwork and attach it to a tag as a PDF
• Print tag and location labels

SALES
• Look up any tag or search by model, with status, location, meters and accessories
• Place a unit on hold for a quote and stage it in Quote Import
• Browse quotes, invoices and customers
• Average Price: what a model has sold for over any period, by customer
• Export inventory and sales reports and partner feeds as CSV or Excel

TRY IT WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
ALS connects to your company's own ALS server, so you sign in with the account your administrator gave you. To look around first, tap "Try the demo" on the sign-in screen and explore every screen with sample data stored on your device.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-10-27

Lookup shows the item's warehouse and location right under the serial number.
Quotation and invoice PDFs: separator lines between line items, text centred in each row and heading, and totals labels no longer touch their boxes.
