I wish this company would die. Think about it, the most favorable review is a decade old and talks about how fun it is that it can take your data. Go to a station in person and you can straight up make up info. Should the data be used for logging transport data, probably, is that all, not it is not. My current gripe is after the update I can’t use the service web or app without registering. And the UI is still garbage. Alsa, you don’t deserve the monopoly you’re trying to pull. Al parecer es normal que en España las aplicaciones no funcionen bien? Unusable. ### 1/5 — Do not use Alsa *2024-09-19, version 8.50.0* Tech glitch when trying to make a reservation resulted in duplicate bookings. When I tried to cancel the duplicate the “free cancellation” was actually going to charge me a fee. I sent a message to Alsa and they didn’t reply so I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. ### 2/5 — Crashes too often *2024-09-14* Doesn’t work properly, crashes and froze too often, it’s slow. Also when you want to change the time of your ticket, it only shows you the last two buses for the day. You have to make the change in person. App crashes when I try to view past tickets. Il n'y avait rien de marqué sur le panneau. Aucun des autres passagers présent n'avaient d'informations sur ce bus. Nous avons du passer la nuit à Bordeaux sans logement en pleine canicule. Todo bien hasta ahí. Y cuando quieres hacer el login en el app, oh sorpresa, olvidaron colocar el botón para hacer login vía Google, por lo tanto no hay forma de entrar. Great prices. We saved $$ booking a few trips via ALSA vs tour agencies. We used this APP to travel around Spain and I especially loved using the ALSA premium bus. The attendant on the bus spoke Eng& Spanish. The rides were smooth and seats where comfy. Also I had to cancel round trip tickets to Cordoba from Seville and it was an easy, no hassle process via this APP.
