### 1/5 — No se puede recuperar cuenta

Si hay algo que me molesta, es que los desarrolladores sean ineptos. 
El log in se puede hacer por email o contraseña. Si no recuerdas el email con el que te registrarte, es imposible recuperar la cuenta ya que el teléfono no se puede usar para recuperación, pero lo mejor es que no puedes crear una nueva cuenta porque el teléfono ya está ligado a otra.. o sea, te quedas varado en la pantalla de recuperación sin poder hacer nada. Solución, uso Cabify o Uber. 
Gracias desarrolladores… sois muy listos.

Al ir a registrarme dice que mi teléfono está ya registrado, lo dudo pero OK, le doy a olvidé mi contraseña pongo un mail: no es válido. Pruebo con el otro mail: no es válido.
Claro que no, porque nunca he estado registrado en Alsa Cab porque de haber estado es uno de esos dos mails… no tengo más. 
Busco en ayuda y ni chat, ni mail ni teléfono al que contactar.

Te da la opción de pedir a la hora que tienes que estar en el destino,Marco a las 11 y me vienen a recoger a las 11:33,les escribo y me dicen que mi reserva era para las11:33,de dos serviciosbuno bueno y el otro dinero perdido y billete también,porque he llegado tarde.
Y no soy el único caso,porque a mi chica la dejaron tirada para ir al trabajo,pero a ella si la bonificaron y reconocieron el fallo.
Ofrecen buenos descuentos y tiene buena pinta si funcionara bien,a día de hoy no te puedes fiar.

La app deja mucho que desear. El conductor ha llegado para recogerme, me ha escrito y… yo no podía ni leer ni contestar sus mensajes. Solo se habilita la opción después que el trayecto empieza. Debería ser todo lo contrario, hay que comunicarse desde antes. 

Otro punto que deja a desear es que no hay teléfono de contacto para emergencias. Solo te dejan abrir tickets.
