Run off only two iPads, its simple setup makes it great for in-situ training. ALSi provides a super realistic simulation experience, enabling hi fidelity simulation even in low fidelity situations. 

This version includes over 50 ECG, BP and SP02 waveforms as well as selected scenarios.

This app is a very realistic simulator but the advertisement the pops up on the monitor every thirty seconds kind of ruins the experience. Also if you could make it downloadable for the iPhone that would also be really handy. If those things can be corrected i will give it 5 stars
