## What is Alt?

Alt-Bionics Connect lets you wirelessly control and customize your Genesis Hand through its Bluetooth interface. Easily create personalized grip patterns, monitor EMG signals, and adjust the color and brightness of the Hex Ring LED—all from one intuitive platform. Designed for both users and clinicians, the app offers seamless control and fine-tuning for a tailored experience.

A unique feature of the Genesis Hand and its companion app is the ability to see the fingers move in real time as you create custom grip patterns. This live feedback allows both users and clinicians to adjust and fine-tune grips with greater accuracy and confidence, ensuring the patterns they create will perform exactly as needed.
