I bought the app, but it keeps “forgetting” that and asking me to rebuy. Can you please fix the app in this regard ?

**Developer response:** Hi there — thanks for your support and for letting us know about this issue. You definitely shouldn’t be asked to purchase again after buying the app.

This is usually related to the App Store not syncing purchases correctly on the device. A quick fix that works in most cases is:

• Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase
• Tap the “Restore Purchases” option in the app
• Force close and reopen the app, or restart your device

We’ve also made recent updates aimed at improving purchase syncing — if you haven’t already, please make sure you’re on the latest version of the app.
