Just keeps giving me connection error yet logs me in via browser and laptop

This app constantly glitches it’s very annoying and inconvenient.

 Updated review : do yourself a favor and steer far away from this company. They don’t help you. They have an app glitches all the time. I hardly use the cameras.

App was working fine but then it stopped working correctly on Iphone. Now it does not let me see devices at all only shows alarms. Not good!!!!!!! 👎

Missing a few features;

* Ability to switch between cameras with a swipe.

*ability of live view in grid view 

* ptz control poor 

*picture in picture support in latest iOS 

* alarm notification sound choice 

* not available on iPad or Apple tv 

*ability to allow critical alerts even if iPhone is set to do not disturb or silent 

*customisable views 

* camera offline alert 

*update available notification 

* filter alarms by camera name

* filter alarms by date/time etc

*frame by frame in playback
