Horrible. ### 1/5 — Won’t work on I phone 13 *2022-02-04, version 4.7.11* Won’t work on my new I phone. I called in and they said they had some complaints and would be working on it. This app is terrible and the customer service is non-existent, I would never recommend this bank or app. Your money is never current and always under review that makes your account very volatile. Now not anymore. It won't let me use the Touch ID anymore for my fingerprint. It says it's invalid and I had to sign in manually. Now.. It won't let me sign in at all. With my CORRECT USERNAME AND PASSWORD. I'm not making a mistake. But it won't let me sign in at all anymore. It's been going downhill really fast. Now I can't even sign in to my own bank account. Wrong imagine and looks like Bank of America!!! ### 1/5 — Takes a long time to load transfer page *2014-03-25, version 2.0.0* App is so slow, it's faster to drive to the bank instead of using the app. The time it takes to now load the account transfer page has at least tripled. When I go to do a transfer it takes over 16 seconds to load account list when selecting the source account, then about 5 seconds to select destination account. Since the account balances were just loaded on the account summary page, why can't those number be remembered when you go to transfer and just pull the numbers from cache. Login from main page is also about 3 times longer. It is faster to use the browser mobile version. I also find that when my passwords are about to expire, the app won't let me log in or even have the option to change them on my phone. Using the "mobile expressDeposit" is very slow & time consuming. Depositing personal checks is fine. Using it for business on the spot, way too slow. It would be great to use if it was fast and more user friendly.
