Too many types of sporadic problems to list and absolutely no software/app support. ### 1/5 — Video lags sound by ~10sec. SUPER ANNOYING *2023-12-05* The video lags the sound ny about 10 seconds. It’s super annoying, esp when you’re watching a live sports event where you hear the commentators call the play 10 seconds before you watch it on the screen. Completely unwatchable. I’ll just listen to the radio. Amazing that this is even an app. AltaFiber doesn’t care about this app at all. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-03-16* It’s March Madness - and I’m MAD! Wanted to be able to watch a game on my iPad while having another game on TV. But just get “No content available” message! Chatted on line with 2 people - log off/on, delete reload, etc. one even suggested to download an app called “My Fioptics”. DOES NOT EXIST! Worked fine a few days ago. Paying out the wazoo for internet and wi-fi and think this should be high priority. Don’t have many other choices around here. Get it fixed! ### 1/5 — WORST APP EVER *2023-02-14* Did I already say this was the worst app ever!?!?!?!!!!! This app never works. Alway receive “we’re experiencing technical difficulties and to try back later. If you are paying a premium for cable and their supposed connectivity; the the app should work ALL THE TIME. Won’t be too long before Altafiber goes out of business. Save yourself the trouble and money and just SWITCH NOW to Spectrum or one of the hundreds of other steaming services that actually work and cost way less. It is clear Altafiber doesn’t care or know how to manage an app. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2022-10-12, version 1.10.8* And judging from the reviews I have read you don’t care about it at all because you’ve never done anything to fix it. So stop trying to sell it to customers. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2022-08-27* The app doesn’t work. In the recent past, if I didn’t use the app for a few days it would say ‘Authentication Error.’ I would have to delete the app and download it again. Now, I can see the TV guide but it won’t play anything. It only says ‘error.’ ### 1/5 — Error code WF112 *2022-08-16, version 1.10.7* This app used to work well but now I get the error code WF112. I’ve called cincy bell now altafiber on several occasions. No one knows what this error code means, Nor do they know how to fix it. I have asked for a credit on my account and everyone dodges the question, I just get asked to wait another week to see if it will work. I have now been experiencing this for months.they say someone will call me back but that hasn’t happened. I have tried multiple solutions—uninstall/reinstall app, change password, reboot this and that, Change to a different mobile device—-nothing has worked. I guess I’ll try to call again and then just start looking for another tv provider as I no longer want to pay for something that doesn’t work. Update: called again. Answered the same questions again. Call has been escalated again. Asked for a refund again. Got one for $19. Insulting? Yes. The app isn't a separate charge so hard to give a refund is what I was told. Altafiber should stop false advertising as this is a feature that does not consistently work if at all. Very disappointed. Will look for a new provider. ### 1/5 — WF112 issue makes app unusable *2022-06-30* This app works great in the interface but when you click on the channel it gives an error message with a playback error. I have looked at numerous other reviews saying the same things, and developers have claimed to fix this issue by reinstalling the app, but that does not work. It’s frustrating to see this issue be “fixed” by the developers, when it appears to still not work. I also tried this app for iPhone and got a similar result. ### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work *2022-04-03, version 1.10.7* Does not work on iPad or iPhone. Same error message WF112. Zero stars was not an option. Error code should also have a T in it. ### 1/5 — Performance *2022-02-03, version 1.10.7* This is the most worthless app I have ever tried to use!
