Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing fixes it. Once an inventory is created, when you go in to the inventory to count, if you scroll once, the whole app freezes. I have 500+ items and its a pain to knowing that i cant rely on this app to do my counts accurate due to bugs and glitches. I just want to know when this will be fixed please. ### 1/5 — Bugs *2025-07-21, version 5.2* When using the inventory app, it will auto save and interrupt progress for about 20 seconds. Every 3-4 items counted it will auto save with a spinning circle in the middle of the screen. Also, I will be counting and the data I enter erases and skips back to an item I already counted. Had to go back to using pen and paper to finish counts. Please fix. ### 1/5 — New update has a bug *2025-07-14* The new update is becoming a pain to use. It keeps glitching and deletes the previous 5 items you just added to your count then auto saves out of no where. It also doest let you skip to the item it left you on as you have to scroll at the way to find it and it cant be hard when you have 100+ items to go from the beginning. Thank you again for sticking with us." ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-07-07* This is by far the worst app. It’s ridiculous how a huge chain restaurant picks an inventory manager software as horrible as this. Even on desktop it is awful. The app is unbelievably slow and deletes everything you enter despite saving and that’s if you can even get it in. Most of the time is constantly spinning and wiping what you enter and forcing you to start over. Takes so long just to enter a few items to only have them get deleted even after saving. It’s a joke and they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this app to be approved to download. **Developer response:** We're truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. This new update is making it so every 5 items you count it crashes, saves, then takes you back to the beginning. When you have 1000+ items to count it’s exhausting. It took me almost 3 hours to count my inventory this morning. I tried to report an issue in the App Store but it won’t let you.
