Both the app and the website are absolutely abysmal. When it comes to guests they excel at providing a terrible service. I had purchased packages that have had remaining passes that disappeared. The validity policy has changed multiple times. So now if you buy a package of 10 passes in October and your membership expires in November you will lose your passes without any type of refund (your renewal doesn’t change this). The process of both buying passes and registering a guest isn’t efficient at all. On top of that the new policy of dependents that restrict children under 5 is ridiculous, it should be at least 21. The final outstanding horrible fact is that you can buy Tanfeethi guest passes from the airlines for much less, apparently by being a member you’re expected to pay more than non-members.

كل عشر دقايق لازم نرجع نسوي تسجيل دخول مرة ثانية. خلوا السيشن كم يوم. مو معقول اثناء السفر نضطر نعيد تسجيل الدخول مية مرة. ولا توجد اي خيارات لتعديل حجوزات نقل الأمتعة ولا السيارة عند الغاء رحلاتنا. ونكلم خدمة العملاء عالواتس اب يقولون عدولها من التطبيق او الموقع وهذي الخيارات اساسا ليست متاحة!!!!!

للأسف، رغم وجود خيار للتسجيل، إلا أن هناك خطأ في التطبيق يمنعني من إتمام العملية. أرجو منكم معالجة هذه المشكلة في أسرع وقت، فهذه هي المرة الثانية التي أواجه فيها نفس المشكلة.
