Support is absolutely non existent, they close the tickets without being resolved. I lost my phone a few months ago and unable to login using the 2fa. I’ve been emailing them for months to help me cancel the 2fa but they keep closing the tickets. I tried refreshing it by closing the app, still nothing!. I had to delete and install again! So not cool guys. I have been with them for over 5 years now and never had any problems removing funds and getting funds in. I’m like other platforms Altcoin also sells a variety of different tokens all carefully selected to ensure longevity and safety to their investors. They have an amazing payout System’s and if following the correct times as to when to request a withdraw’s can be made, you could even have your cash in less than an hour 🫣 (true). I have received my funds in just over 30min after doing a fund withdrawal request.
