I contacted customer service because of a problem connecting to wifi and they said an update should be available in 24 hours. The replacement doesn’t connect either. Called tech support and they say that the iPhone XS Max has a problem connecting. A fix should be out in a couple of days. Hope it’s true. WRONG! Best Buy was selling the VersA speaker for 50% off and now I know why! It’s useless if you have a iPhone or iPad. I don’t know for sure, but I’m willing to bet that it doesn’t work with Apple products period.
