## What is ALTER?

Change your state.

ALTER gives you short, structured Resets designed for how you feel right now.

Choose your current state, tell ALTER how intense it feels, and get a Reset matched to the moment.

BUILT FOR REAL MOMENTS

Whether you're stressed, overwhelmed, overthinking, angry, nervous, unfocused, unable to switch off, or simply drained, ALTER gives you something concrete to do next.

Choose from eight states:

• Stressed
• Overwhelmed
• Overthinking
• Angry
• Nervous
• Unfocused
• Can't Switch Off
• Drained

SHORT, GUIDED RESETS

ALTER includes 24 structured Reset experiences built around practical techniques such as breathing, grounding, attention shifts, body-based exercises, and focused mental cues.

No feeds.
No endless content.
Just choose your state and begin.

SEE WHAT HELPS

After a Reset, you can record how you feel and build a private history over time.

Insights help you explore:

• Your reported intensity over time
• What tends to help
• Patterns by state
• Resets that have felt useful

ALTER+

Upgrade to ALTER+ to unlock:

• All 24 Reset experiences
• Deeper personal Insights
• Personalized Reset recommendations

As you complete Resets, ALTER+ can learn which approaches have tended to work better for you and use that history to personalize future recommendations.

Personalization happens on your device.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your completed Reset history is stored locally on your iPhone.

ALTER does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or external AI services to personalize your experience.

Text entered during certain Resets is session-only and is not stored in your completed Reset history.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

ALTER includes free Reset experiences and offers optional ALTER+ Monthly and Annual subscriptions.

Pricing and any available introductory offer are shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account.
