No ipad natural support + we lose the ability to have multiple logins and swtich between users easily!! I use Alterna on my ipad to use both me and my gf’s accounts and now it’s awful to switch accounts… ### 1/5 — Mobile deposit / E-transfer *2022-10-29, version 1.0.2* Tried 15 times to deposit a cheque using mobile cheque deposit. Other Apps take one attempt. Also, e-transfers cannot be deposited without 1st setting up a recipient profile. This is an unnecessary step in other Apps. They randomly decided to close my account without informing me prior. Terrible! No way to print monthly statement except by taking a screen shot and then printing thru photos. 2. Very hard to even find out how to log out (so easy on home page of old app) 3. Awkward to navigate to allow me to view e statements. 4. The keyboard is half size compared to the old app and I don’t want to have to unlock rotation just to use this app. 5. I could not even use the old alterna app as it wouldn’t let me complete the profile page that is mandatory for the new site; I called them and 20 minutes later she was out of ideas and I was the one who figured out that I had to discard the old app and download this new app to be able to access my banking. I’m constantly getting an error that says “Neither of these images appear to be the back of the cheque,” even though the back has “BACK” printed on it in large letters. And here I thought we were entering the AI era. Off to my other bank with this; good thing Alterna isn’t my only one. ### 2/5 — Terrible replacement for the old app *2023-10-02, version 2.1.1* The old app was good and worked well. The new app is terrible. Biggest issue is that transactions can only be viewed on half the screen, showing no more than 2 or 3 at a time.
