## What is AlterState?

AlterState: shift your mind, on demand.

AlterState combines binaural beats, guided meditation and hypnosis to help you relax, focus, unwind and grow.

Binaural Beats: Sound sessions designed around different states of mind: calm, focus, creativity and deep rest. Best experienced with headphones.

Guided Hypnosis: Recorded hypnosis sessions for relaxation and personal development, including self-confidence, motivation and letting go of stress.

Meditation: Guided sessions for everyday calm and self-improvement, whether you have five minutes or an hour.

Made for real life: Audio keeps playing with the screen locked, so you can lie back, close your eyes and let go.

Please use headphones for binaural beats. Do not listen to hypnosis or deep relaxation sessions while driving or operating machinery. AlterState is a wellness app. It is not a treatment for ADHD or any other medical condition, and it is not a substitute for medical advice.
