Joe schmoo ### 1/5 — Horrible Medical App *2022-09-25* This is perhaps the worst patient portal I’ve ever experienced. It’s impossible to login nearly every time on iPhone and iPad “login error” message. All I want to do is send a message to my doctor and this unfriendly platform will not let me send a message via the app nor the website. Getting logged in is a difficult task. Reading messages a challenge. Sending a message, well that’s impossible. Feels like this is some kind of poor phishing attempt ### 1/5 — Horrible Electronic Healthcare App *2025-05-02* This app is hands down the absolute worst healthcare app ever - it is always erroring out when attempting to enter information, or it lets you enter it but then it doesn’t store it. There also is no way to message your medical care team, only receive messages. Absolutely disgusted with this app - if I could give it zero stars I would. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2024-08-15* My Dr sent me a link to use this app with an activation code. Asks me for security questions I move never answered. Try to set up an account ask for code but they have no info to send a code.
