This App will makes you to use it again and again. It is easy and soothing to use and the AI suggestions are very similar to a real personal therapist or a friend. Felt nonjudgmental and relaxed while using the app.

It was great experience. I love this app as getting a appointment in USA from therapist is nearly impossible. With AI I don’t have the fear of judgment and Althena is as perfect as my councillor.
