Therefore cannot control features of the device. No help or support even tips. The app just serves to connect your device to your network and volume control only. Thats it nothing more. I purchase another one for my parents and haven’t been able to connect it. This is so disappointing somebody needs to fix this, or you guys need to hire a better customer service team because no one is addressing any of these issues. I don’t see the need for the app other than setup, which is a whole other review. Great speaker sound though ### 2/5 — Waste *2020-11-18, version 1.2.1* Speaker does not connect to Alexa even though I follow the prompts. I’m signed in to Alexa and everything. When I look in my Alexa app it just shows this speaker as offline. As of right now, this is literally just a Bluetooth speaker, which I did not need seeing as I already have multiple.
