### 1/5 — I got suckered

*2023-10-22*

I was suckered onto Altima as an affordable alternative to Rogers and let me tell you I wish I hadn't
This app won't even open at all in my phone, I can see no updates for over a year and the website is a joke
Big regret

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2023-08-15*

We signed up with Telus who uses this app. It is THE worst app ever. Trying to watch a show is done in 5 second increments, a one hour show takes many restarts and about an hour and a half. Frustrating to say the least. We’re cancelling .

### 2/5 — Freezes

*2023-05-25*

Terrible app
Freezes too much and jumps ahead occasionally
No updates for over a year
