App crashes after recent update. Developer infers it’s my fault because I’m running the current iOS 13.1.3 instead of a future beta version (13.2) that’s not even released yet.

**Developer response:** Dear User,

Thank you for your feedback.

We have fixed the problem that is caused by the iOS 13 upgrade. It is a known bug of iOS to cause app crashes. Now we have found the solution to fix that problem.

The app will be working well on new iOS devices.

Hi, I landed in LA and the app was fine , now k get a white screen when opening, even after a reinstall , please help

This app was working fine, and heading in the right direction as an excellent roster app for cx aircrew , but now it opens to a blank screen??

**Developer response:** We are sorry to hear about this unpleasant experience that you have with the app. May we suggest that you try to completely remove the app and reinstall it again from the App Store and see if the problem is solved?
