Why not just offer $10 a month for watching avalanche games via this app and not directv/fubo? Actual garbage Altitude ### 1/5 — Doesn’t support DirecTV Stream *2024-02-29* Altitude wants us to move our service from Comcast Xfinity to DirecTV Stream or any other provider who pays Altitude, but then doesn’t provide any update on the app to allow us to log in with our paid DirecTV Stream account. I tried DirecTV login, doesn't work. If they cared about the subscriber experience or getting to streaming, they’d invest in improving the 1-star experience, but apparently not. I watched the Avs game last night from my iPhone 11 and quality was amazing throughout. I even switched to my iPad halfway through and quality was still great. I do wish they had a schedule of the games or maybe send me a push notification when games I care about are starting. It used to freeze every 5 minutes. It’s a solid resource for watching games with the hometown broadcast crew on the go. ### 4/5 — Delete and Download - Easy Fix! *2019-03-08, version 1.0.2* This app doesn’t work perfectly, but it lets me watch my Avs on the road. You’ll need to delete and re-download the app for each game. Go back through the log in process, etc.... I know it’s a pain. But it takes a total of two minutes and then you get the catch the action. Worth it in my book. ### 4/5 — Such a disappointment *2018-11-22, version 1.0.2* I was so excited altitude finally made an app, just to be let down by terrible execution. This has to be the worst streaming app I have ever used. It freezes constantly even though I have very fast and reliable internet. PLEASE FIX THIS APP! Update: works a lot better after the last update. Still have to sign out and sign back in every time I want to watch a game, but the stream doesn’t freeze constantly like it did before. ### 2/5 — Audio and Buffering Issues *2020-01-01, version 1.0.8* First off I am so glad that Altitude came to an agreement with Direct TV and I can now watch my Avs and Nuggets at home and on the road. This app gets the job done but has severe technical difficulties. Every minute or so it buffers very briefly and then will continue to play, but without audio. This occurs for about 20-30 seconds at a time. This is a very annoying issue and happens whether I am streaming from a mobile network or an extremely fast WiFi connection.
