Altitudo shows you how high you are: altitude above sea level, accuracy and position at a glance. For hiking, ski touring, cycling, photography and anyone who spends time outdoors. ALTITUDE AND POSITION • Altitude above sea level from GPS, even without internet • If the GPS altitude is unreliable, air pressure can be used as a fallback for the altitude • Current altitude accuracy and your position • GPS quality under Settings > System status: horizontal and vertical accuracy How accurate the altitude is depends on GPS reception and on your device. That is why Altitudo shows the current accuracy right next to it. COORDINATES IN SIX FORMATS Decimal degrees (DEG), degrees-minutes-seconds (DMS), degrees and decimal minutes (DDM), degrees-minutes (DM), UTM and MGRS. SHARE YOUR LOCATION AS AN IMAGE Altitudo places your coordinates and altitude on an image and shares it through your device's share sheet. For the background, pick one of the background images Altitudo downloads on first launch, a photo from your library or a new camera shot. NOTIFICATIONS If you like, Altitudo notifies you about a drop in air pressure, wind and gusts from 70 km/h, poor visibility and severe weather while Altitudo is open.
