Flight Itineraries

Flight itineraries can now be edited after creation. Operations staff and flight followers can update itinerary details, routes, work areas, aircraft assignments, SAR times, and other operational information without needing to recreate the itinerary.

Flight Ticket Notifications

Flight ticket submissions now trigger automatic email notifications to a company-configurable email address. When a pilot submits a ticket, operations staff are immediately notified with key flight details, helping ensure tickets are reviewed and processed promptly.

Dangerous Goods Enhancements

Flight tickets now support expanded Dangerous Goods tracking, including:

TDGR 12.9 Operations
IATA Fully Regulated Operations

These selections are available throughout ticket creation, editing, and reporting workflows.

Admin Duty section has been added to keep track of all pilots duty time and flight time from one dashboard. Duty Time page has also been tweaked for the pilot for a more streamlined entry of times and saving of data.

Operational Memory is a new module that lets you capture and organize real operational knowledge in one place. You can create places with location based notes, photos, and attachments, group them into missions, and write digital handovers to ensure critical information is not lost between rotations.
