wont let me transfer funds out of my wallet, keeps saying insufficient balance when its clearly not insufficient. Went to do the identity verification that also didnt work and I tried like 6x with an iphone camera. Starting to think this app might be a scam

They keep on telling me I need to download other apps in order for it to work. They’re asking for personal information and it all seems very sketchy. I have $2000 worth of crypto in this wallet and they will not release it.

I just had a problem with my wallet my tezos wouldn’t send. I contacted the customer service and they were so fast to help and responded immediately and continued to respond until the issue was resolved. Very very great customer service.
