I was hoping it was updated but I’m just getting a white screen. I wish this app matched with how great of a restaurant this is. I’ll update if my issue is resolved. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2021-10-29, version 1.0.0* User interface is cumbersome and frustrating - wouldn’t use this app if there was any other way to order from Alto. The only reason the app gets used is their food is usually good. Even with the horrible app they still manage to leave items out of an order frequently. ### 2/5 — User Interface is Painful *2020-11-25, version 1.0.0* I understand why Alto would switch from 3rd party delivery services to their own as they can keep costs lower. However getting around their app is a painful experience to the point where sometimes it turns me off of evening ordering from there. The text color in the login screen is barely visible and the app overall is extremely slow and touchy. Another review pointed out a possible flaw with the credit card information system and that is worrying to me too. I would love to see just an overall redesign to the app and a more fluid user experience in the future. I do understand that in these times that may not be the most pressing priority though and will not expect change. The food Alto serves has remained consistently good enough where I don’t mind suffering through using the app to get it so I’d still recommend it this app even with the 2 star review. ### 3/5 — Security is worrying *2020-06-12, version 1.0.0* There’s no way to edit or remove credit card information. When I signed up, I got a text with my password in clear text. I don’t see a way to change my password. I realize that they needed to get off GrubHub, with its bad delivery reputation and excessive surcharges, but I have to make it clear that Alto Cinco’s current app makes me more than a little bit nervous.
