Beware of the Terms – Privacy Nightmare!

This banking app is now forcing users to agree to outrageous terms before they can even use it. Their partner, Jack Henry & Associates (JH), demands broad access to your financial data, device info, and even login credentials. Worse, they waive all liability for security breaches while forcing you to give up your right to sue or join a class action.

If you value privacy, security, and consumer rights, think twice before agreeing to these terms. A banking app should protect its users—not strip them of legal protections while exposing them to risk

A few weeks ago, I noticed transactions were not updating. My bank suggested I delete and reinstall. Now I get the  “oops something’s wrong on our end” message and can no longer access my banking via this app.

Since the last update, the photo capture for mobile deposit is so much easier to use. Thanks!
