Just made a huge breakthrough. My first time trying this even though I’ve known for a while I need to do it. Went through every single step, hit save, app crashed, and everything is gone. Every time I push save, the whole app crashes.
I do want to add that if this is fixed, this is at least a 4 star app. But currently it’s unusable unless you’re okay with not saving your thoughts.

Raised my rating because I really hate to see such a low rating on such a potentially great app. I also really appreciate the prompt response from the dev. And, when I went to record the issues on my iPhone, it didn’t happen. My original issue was on my iPad (which I would prefer to use for this type of thing). I will record the issue on that device and send it as soon as I’m able. And I’ll come back and edit my review/raise the rating once this problem is fixed. 🙂

Are you on iOS 18? I just saw that the app crashed on iOS 17 but that doesn’t happen on 18.

Ah so it doesn’t happen all the time? That’s interesting. I think I know what’s causing the issue, it’s likely storage related. I still haven’t been able to reproduce it, but if you DM me on Twitter we can maybe setup a FaceTime call to talk about it? Sometimes e-mails don’t really arrive at all. Congrats on your breakthrough! That’s awesome 😄 I’m sorry you can’t save your thoughts, that’s weird. I haven’t been able to reproduce it. Can you send me an e-mail with a screen recording? It doesn’t have to be a real thought, just some random letters inside the thought fields. In the Settings there’s contact options you can use. Hope to hear from you soon.

When you use this app open and honestly, it’s extremely helpful! This app is easy to use, accessible, and life changing for anyone that is too nervous for therapy or struggles to open up to others. Just give it a try and you won’t regret it.
