I want to change my password as I don’t remember it but the only way is to put in old password first! I’ve put so much work into this app I’m afraid to loose access ### 2/5 — Super Glitchy *2025-06-15, version 14.0.6* This app seems great, but if you actually have a large collection, beware! You need to save and sync after every addition, otherwise, you randomly lose all of your work. Also, the fact that you can’t change the sort to most recent additions first means you have to scroll endlessly to pick up where you left off - IF the app doesn’t crash, which it frequently does does! ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2024-10-08, version 14.0.4* App freezes quite often. I cannot open the app. It says Cannot set “NextProcess”. What do I do? ### 3/5 — App concept is great, but it constantly crashes *2023-09-11, version 13.0* I have been using this app to catalog my jewelry collection, and overall, I like the format and the concept. But there are a few issues that seem to keep coming up that prevent it from being amazing. The biggest problem is that it keeps crashing, especially when I try to use the “Search” feature. And often, I will try to click on an entry, only to have a pop up appear saying “Missing page sources” and then I have to reboot the app. The notes section also won’t allow me to say the same thing in multiple entries, which is annoying if I want to track something like what seller the piece was bought from. I really don’t want to have to switch apps, but I also can’t keep using something that crashes all the time. ### 2/5 — Beware *2023-07-18, version 13.0* Found this app and immediately loved the set up. Simple and easy way to organize my record collection. After imputing 75 items I go to use it the next day and can only get a message prompt that says “Missing page sources” no explanation no help and no one to contact. Hugh waste of time. ### 2/5 — Good app for creating collections…but *2023-04-22, version 13.0* I was excited to find this app and anticipated building extensive databases to track my collections. It is very versatile and user friendly. Everything was going swimmingly until recently. I encountered difficulties opening the app. Wouldn’t recognize my sign-in and I had to reset everything. When I finally was able to re-sync with the cloud, to my horror, all the data had been wiped from one of my collections. I had spent countless hours building it. I still like the app, but I’m very nervous about its dependability. Update to my previous review: I’ve taken away one star due to the latest (and only) update. It has really messed up my access. Some days it works, others all I get is the pop-up “missing page sources”. I can’t even sign in or out, or any of my collections. This app is in serious need of debugging. ### 2/5 — Used to be good *2023-02-26, version 13.0* This app used to be really good. Everything worked fine, until recently. Can’t use the search feature properly, you type in the whole word and it just searches for first letter. I save everything to the cloud but just got a new phone and I’ve lost about 70 items off my lists. I can no longer add images to new pieces. I try to click “Gallery” after adding an image but it doesn’t elicit a response. It used to go to my photo library to upload a new image. Please help! Thanks! ### 5/5 — As fancy as it needs to be *2022-08-03, version 12.0.1* This is a straightforward app for cataloging whatever you enjoy collecting. It doesn’t have fancy graphics or elaborate interface because it doesn’t need those things. I like that the fields can be customized to input information about whatever you want. It is a single app for our diverse collections and collectors (we currently catalog a collection of guitars and a wrist watch collection.) I also appreciate that you can upload your own photos for each item. ### 5/5 — Just what I was looking for! *2022-07-03, version 12.0.1* After checking out, and struggling with, several other apps I found this awesome one. It is easy to use, cloud backups are available, you can share your collections and view those of other people. I love being able to create my own fields for a collection. I have over 700 pc games and NEED to be able to see what I have so I don’t buy doubles. One thing that could be make this better is the ability to choose a default image compression percentage. Right now it’s 20% but I like 10 better and I have to change it for EVERY entry. Being able to set a default to 10 would be awesome. I hope I don’t run into the same problems as some others have. So easy to use, and great to customize the fields needed. The sync with the computer works great as well. I’m also able to scan the barcode off the individual boxes. Good app once it’s been fixed. Not so good presently…. ### 4/5 — A good database but…… *2021-11-30, version 12.0.1* Overall a good database being easy to create collections on anything, however for me it lacks a few basics search options, such as “does not contain” or “not equal to”, “greater than” or “less than” would also be handy. The operators ’or’ and ‘and’ would be an additional asset on subsequent search’s on a particular field or fields. Whereas there is an Import option, it would be far better for the majority if the App also accepted ‘csv’ files thus saving the necessity for conversion, when both file types are offered on an export. I would add that I have tried to import an ‘xml’ file but so far without success. From what I have so far established is that the conversion from ‘csv’ failed on using a free software application on the Web. I must keep persevering. Taking the App further it would be useful if the column widths could be user adjustable on the Table display. Although I have to say I like the scrollable option. Also purely for visual improvement a ‘line break’ layout field could be handy, thus improving spacing between rows in the Table display, thus eliminating the squashed up look The available options within the Display tab are good plus being able to save your filtered views. Finally apart from my personal suggested enhancements above I can recommend this App, hence 4 stars. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — What the heck happened? *2025-03-22, version 14.0.6* I used to really love this app. Mow every time I tap anything I get an error that says “missing page sources”. I don’t know if it’s an OS issue. It’s been a long time since I have used it, but I’m trying to catalog my sewing patterns to no avail. ### 1/5 — Not actually for personal use *2024-02-28, version 14.0.2* So it’s an absolute nightmare to do anything to begin with but once you manage to get anywhere after finding ways around bugs and the nonsensical things it turns out you have only two choices. You can list it for sale or for lend. So calling it my collection is quite literally misleading and not accurate. ### 1/5 — Didn’t work *2024-02-24* I literally just downloaded it. I create my account I go to create a collection and I am not able to because I’m supposed to add a field but it literally says it’s not an option when I click on anything to try to create a field I get a notification that just states missing page source. I just get this Cannot set ‘next process’ error. When I launch it. And it never loads. I tried to go into the forums but it won’t let me register with my gmail address. Please help. Then I would go back to check a list of items I wanted, and a message comes up “Missing Page Sources!” This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. My only request would be the option to select multiple images from photos to add to a listing, rather than adding individually which I think is the only way? Overall a really useful application, thank you! The best thing about this is I can include pictures and determine the fields that I deem as important and am not forced to make my info fit into pre-determined fields.
