I’ve received 2 shipments of the glp1 compound. However, I cannot log into my account and have questions I want to ask a provider. My email and phone number that I signed up with don’t work to login. I can only login through the initial link they sent me. I can’t login to the app. I have tried to call but the number on the website just hangs up when you call. The emails bounce back unable to be sent. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone! ### 1/5 — Scam. Worst company ever *2026-08-08* Do not waste your time or money. This company is completely dishonest, disorganized, and rips people off. They sent me the wrong prescription the first time, then when I decided to go with another company they would not refund my money I was as owed. Now they want more money from me. I still haven’t even got my first month of meds. I’ve requested a refund, which I just want my meds that’s why I signed up for it, but I no longer want to do business with this company for their lack of response. They’re unprofessionalism and now they’re holding my money hostage or my meds at this point please just send my money back to my account. I don’t even care if you take a 10 or 20% fee for the inconvenience because that’s how much of an inconvenience this process has been.
