And if by any chance it oppened then it says that your subscription is expired, even though they are taking out almost 20 canadian dollars every year from my account. Please open my account and refund me my last two years subscription money ### 1/5 — Subcribed but again again asking for subscription bery bad app App Store should remove this app *2025-07-02, version 3.1.3* Very bad ### 1/5 — Strange behaviour *2024-11-14* Yesterday, I decided to upgrade to the premium version of an app. However, I encountered an issue because it did not prompt me with the usual pop-up message instructing me to press the appropriate button on my Apple phone. Typically, when you make any app purchases on the Apple platform, you are guided to press the correct button on your Apple device to confirm and activate the subscription. Unfortunately, this particular app did not display such a prompt for me. Additionally, the only payment method available was Apple Pay, which is not even available in India. Despite this, I clicked on the option, and the subscription was somehow activated. I received an email from the alternative team indicating that the purchase was processed through iTunes. However, the money has not been deducted from my iTunes account, and I am puzzled as to why this is the case. Although the premium features are active, and I can access premium videos, the payment has not been reflected in my iTunes account.
