## What is Altum Trail Run?

Altum Trail Run is the trail running training app that builds and adjusts your plan based on science, your progress, and your goals.


HOW IT WORKS

1. Add your target race (date, distance, elevation gain).
2. Take the 3km fitness test.
3. Get a periodized week-by-week plan — runs and strength — all the way to race day.
4. With every logged workout and RPE feedback, the engine adjusts the weeks ahead.
5. Before the race, build your pacing and fueling strategy from the official GPX.

ADAPTIVE ENGINE
Your plan isn't static. Every workout you log and every RPE feedback adjusts the volume and intensity of the weeks ahead. If you're progressing well, the plan moves forward. If you're struggling, the engine backs off and prioritizes recovery.

STRENGTH BUILT INTO THE PLAN
Strength sessions included in your week — at home or at the gym, whatever fits your routine. The engine schedules them without clashing with your runs or pushing you into overtraining.

GPX PACING BY ELEVATION
Upload the official race GPX. Get a segment-by-segment pacing strategy with the elevation profile — where to push, where to hold back, where to hike.

RACE-DAY FUELING STRATEGY
A personalized plan based on your estimated time and distance. How many gels, what sodium concentration, when to eat, when to drink.

SUBSCRIPTION

Trail Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, available as a monthly or annual plan. Price and duration are shown in your local language and currency on the subscription screen in the app and on the App Store page.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. It can be canceled at any time in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Altum Trail Run.
