Altura's Mobile Banking app is convenient and secure and allows you to manage your money from anywhere, anytime. You can set text alerts on your account so you are informed about account activity that matters to you and create your own secure credentials to access the app whether through your finger print or a unique PIN.

By far one of the worst functioning apps I’ve experienced, which is concerning since it’s a banking app. Constantly logging me out where I have to input my password, and even when the password is correct it tells me it’s not (I know this because when this has happened I’ve accessed my account through the desktop website with no problems). Other times I’ll open the app and it does absolutely nothing. No loading, no facial recognition. No login. Nothing. Who built this app?? A child???

As a credit union, Altura is great. As far as their app goes? It sucks. The worst banking app I’ve ever used. The purpose of apps is convenience and it is insanely INCONVENIENT how I have to login EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I open the app. It freezes and when I transfer funds… just all around bad.
