I keep getting “upload failure” when trying to upload to the group and uploading to individual frames you can only upload 9 pictures at a time. This will take forever ### 1/5 — Great Concept, Horrible Execution *2023-12-14* If I could give this app 0 stars then I would. There are a lot of issues. 1) You can only upload 9 pictures at a time 2) Uploading the pictures take *forever*. It’s 2023, there’s no reason it should take 5+ minutes to upload 9 pictures. 3) When you go back to the same album on your phone that you were uploading pictures from it does not show you what pictures you already have selected. So you better remember where you were while you’re bulk uploading on setup. 4) My wife and I use the same login on the app on our separate phones. We’re not “sharing” the frame. My wife’s phone only shows the pictures that she has uploaded and my phone only shows the pictures that I have uploaded. So there’s no way to avoid duplicate uploads. This is such a simple idea and these are basic concepts. If the entire point is to be able to share photos easily with family members then why on earth have they not considered any of these basic functions? ### 1/5 — Unable to crop photos in app *2023-12-10* The check mark button and X button once you go to crop a photo stop working and I have to kill the app to restart it. Very frustrating ### 1/5 — Not worth the money *2023-10-19, version 1.0.7* I don’t know which is worse, the frame or the app! 🙁 All I want to do is run a slideshow from either USB or SD card and I wanna set up on an off time but it seems like that cannot be done on the frame itself and I was told that I have to do it through the app so I downloaded the app and can’t seem to figure out the way to do that through the app either so overall in my opinion, it’s garbage. When I tried to add a device in the app, it wants to scan QR code. It’s telling me that I need to scan the QR code on the product or the box. Well, I don’t have the box anymore and there is no Q code on the product. I loved it up until it completely quit working. It wasn’t dropped. It didn’t get wet. You cannot add photos to the frame through it after the initial set up. My children CAN NOT send any photos to my frame. WHAT?!?! FALSE ADVERTISING! We have done everything we can find to do to figure this STUPID, irritating piece of junk out, to no avail. It is hopeless. What a rip off. I dislike that the clock is wrong all the time and would rather be able to turn the clock option off than to have it display the wrong time. ### 3/5 — Not enough time zones *2024-06-04* Why is it hard to have good time zones? My main complaint is that I don’t have access to all photos. My daughter-in-law uploads pics for me also. But I cannot see those in the app or remove any she has added. Plus it continually says that the frame is off-line when she goes to add pics.
