I also tried the other application. I thought the frame was defective but it’s not ### 1/5 — Totally useless *2024-10-08* I have had this frame for a few years and had some trouble at the beginning as it seemed someone else had access to my frame, but got that worked out. Recently I switched to a new iPhone, this is now totally useless. It's a known issue and they have done nothing about it in over 3 years. It freezes and won’t work. Junk. ### 1/5 — Junk *2020-12-04* I've struggled with my Aluratek WiFi Frame for the past three years. Immediately after the warranty expired, of course, the frame would shut off at the slightest movement. Merely moving the table it sat on would cause it to turn off. Most likely the "mother board" was not fully secured to the inner compartment. Now, it automatically shuts off at merely walking within its perimeter. The App is terrible. With duplicate settings that offer no explanation or instruction. I'm just as angry at myself for not taking action in the beginning and returning the product.
