It is terrible. Recently I switched to a new iPhone, this is now totally useless. It freezes and won’t work. Junk. ### 1/5 — Junk *2020-12-04* I've struggled with my Aluratek WiFi Frame for the past three years. Immediately after the warranty expired, of course, the frame would shut off at the slightest movement. Merely moving the table it sat on would cause it to turn off. Most likely the "mother board" was not fully secured to the inner compartment. Now, it automatically shuts off at merely walking within its perimeter. The App is terrible. With duplicate settings that offer no explanation or instruction. I'm just as angry at myself for not taking action in the beginning and returning the product. I simply made the mistake that my inexperience was to blame. I’m still in awe of where we’ve come in terms of technology and can’t wait to see what’s next. That being said, this app needs some work. It’s clunky, prone to crashing and at time very, very sloooowww. Another issue I have is not having a way to view the photos I’ve already sent. I’m going through and album with over 5K photos so it’s kinda hard to remember which ones I’ve already sent to my mother’s frame. Perhaps later versions of this app could include a small thumbnail album to keep track of the photos? Overall I love the idea and technology behind this app and associated product. With a little tweaking, on a rating scale of 1-5, this could easily deserve a 6!! ### 3/5 — Not bad...could be better *2017-11-14* The user interface is very childish looking and the app function itself is glitchy. I have to shut down, close and re-launch the app pretty frequently to get it to work.
